We removed a load bearing wall and added a 25 foot steel beam into the ceiling. Also, four other interior walls were removed in order to give it the open floor layout. We installed a new staircase with metal spindles. The front door was installed and is made out of mahogany. All new trim throughout the space as well as flooring. Of course, the kitchen was installed to provide maximum storage. Lastly, the mudroom now has a heated tile floor, custom cabinetry, and new bathroom.
We completely renovated this townhouse. We added a deck, installed a new kitchen, all new trim, herringbone flooring, framed a hole in ceiling for the vacuum elevator, and much more.
We completely renovated this beautiful mudroom and laundry room. We removed a closet and wall that divided the laundry and old mudroom. The units were custom made and painted in our shop. We added all the wainscoting and sprayed it all out on site.
This bathroom was completely renovated and we made the walk-in shower with no curb. These were some of the larger format tiles we use and they turned out great. All of the cabinetry was custom made and painted.
This project was a lot of work! We expanded the bathroom in order to have a large walk in shower. The vanity, linen closet, and walk-in closet organizers were all custom made in our shop. We also vaulted the ceiling and added the walk-in closet.
Before we started this basement was completely unfinished. we had to frame in the whole basement and finish it off. The bathroom and kitchenette was added to the space. All of the columns and shelving units were all custom. We also added the fireplace to top it all off.
This space was a basic attic and storage area initially. We did everything start to finish, which included the framing, drywall, built-ins, flooring, drywall, kitchenette, and more.
